Neo Princess Chocolate Brown Circle Lens Review

Hello! Long time no see. I recently ordered circle lenses again and I wanted to write a review on it. The lenses are called Neo Princess Chocolate Brown. On the actually bottle it's called Tri Tone Hazel.
This time, I ordered from a different site called HoneyColor. I usually order from PinkyParadise because I know they're reputable and all my orders in the past have been good experiences. In addition, they have really good customer service. Anyway, back to HoneyColor. It's my first time ordering from them and I have to say, it's not that bad. The shipping was really fast, like around 12 days. That's with standard shipping, so that's a plus. Their customer service is not as responsive as PinkyParadise, they eventually get back to you within a week but still, I'd like it if they could get back to you within a day. I bought it for $19.74 and the shipping was $6.00, so total was $25.74. Which is not that bad, because this brand retails over $25. I was lucky because I got it on sale.

The package came in a bubble wrap envelope. The bottles were inside a box specifically made for the circle lens bottle.

They also gave me a free animal case which was air sealed in plastic. I think it's a gray hippo lol.

Here's the bottle. It's actually the same brand as my Neo Cosmo Glamour in Gray. So the way you open it is the same.

Top of the bottle. I have terrible vision lol.

Here's how they look in the bottle. Make sure to always examine the lenses before opening, because once you open it you can no longer return or exchange it. I've never gotten a damaged lens but I've seen it happen to other people. There's also cases where you can't tell it has a defect until you wear it. Depending on the company, they might replace it if you can provide proof of a defect.

Make sure you soak it in for at least six hours, otherwise the liquid in the bottle will sting your eyes. I really like the pattern.

I didn't take pictures specifically showcasing the lenses so I'll just post a picture from a Halloween party lol. Is it orangey or what. O_O Is it just me? Haha.

Now, let's talk about the circle lens itself. I really wanted to try out brown lenses again, this is my second time purchasing one. My first ones were the Geo Honey Wing. I didn't want one that was too yellow and later I found out this is actually a little orange/reddish. I wanted to mimic the brown color that people with natural light brown eyes have, which is actually a little bit of a reddish/orange brown. The first time I put it on I was like "Whoaaa so red and vampire-ish." lol. I've only worn it for a week, I still think it's a little too red lol but it looks really nice in flash photography. The reason why I didn't like it as much as I thought I would is because I feel like the reddish tint of it brings out the redness in my eyes which makes my eyes look really irritated. It's growing on me though and I'm starting to like it more and more. Actually, it kind of reminds me of the Freshlook Colorblends in brown which has that reddish element to it.
The size of the lens is 14.2mm and it's not enlargning which I love. I feel like the enlarging ones don't look very flattering on me plus you would have to wear makeup or else it will look weird. The design is also nice, it kind of reminds me of the Geo Tri Color / Freshlook Colorblends.
The really disappointing thing about these lenses is that they're pretty uncomfortable. :( They kind of sting my eyes a little, it's bearable but very annoying. My Geo Tri Color in Gray and the Neo Cosmo Glamour were more comfortable.

Specifcations:
Diameter: 14.2mm
Water Content: 45%
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Life Span: 1 year disposable

My thoughts:
The color is an orangey/reddish brown, some people might not like it. It's starting to grow on me especially in flash photography. Actually, my Neo Cosmo Glamour in Gray took a bit of time to get used to as well. My only concern is that it brings out the red in my eyes making it look irritated. The size and pattern fits my personal preference, which is not enlarging and natural pattern. The one downside that is a major problem for me is the comfort and these particular lenses are uncomfortable for me.
Would I purchase this again? Probably not, I like the Geo Tri Color in Gray more.
Would I recommend this to people? No, unless they're only using it for costume purposes. I, on the other hand, use it to see so comfort is important.
In the Neo Cosmo brand I would recommend the Glamour lenses in terms of comfort. They were really comfortable but I do like the pattern on the Princess Chocolate a bit more.

Pros:
Natural size and pattern
Got it for a good price
High water content
Cons:
Uncomfortable (bearable but bothersome)
Just a little too reddish in my opinion
Retail price is expensive
Overall:
It's natural in terms of size and pattern but the deal breaker for me is the comfortability. Like I said, it's bearable, but I don't want to deal with any discomfort. My eyes are already sensitive as it is. The color is a pinch too red plus it's on the pricier end of circle lenses. I would recommend the Geo Tri Color over this or the Neo Cosmo Glamour. Plus the Tri Color is actually a little cheaper.

Thank you for stopping by. ^^ I hope this helped since I know these particular lenses don't have much input online, so it's difficult to decide whether to purchase it or not. PinkyParadise doesn't carry these so you have to buy it at HoneyColor.
